The Southbird team takes all the necessary health measures for a safe visit to the store. Wearing a mask has been compulsory since July 18, 2020. It is also compulsory to disinfect your hands upon arrival. A limited number of customers are allowed at a time.

You can return unsuitable store-bought items for a refund or exchange. The allotted time is fourteen (14) days for in-store purchases.

We offer the possibility of trying on wetsuits and other clothing. Thank you for respecting at all times the rules imposed for this purpose. We reserve the right to apply certain restrictions depending on traffic.

We offer free shipping with Canada Post for orders over $50 before taxes. Free pickup of your online order is also available in-store.

The processing and shipping of your orders is done safely and regularly with Canada Post. A slight delay may occur due to government restrictions in the transportation of your package.

You can return purchased items that are not suitable for you and get a refund. The time allowed is thirty (30) days for online orders. You can also make an exchange. In this case, the new shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Items purchased on sale are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please note that promotional items (example promotional code) are not considered sale items.

Please note that an item purchased online can also be returned "in person" to our Quebec store. The same terms and conditions apply.
